Biography: My name is Marlon I grew up in Laurel for most of my life, that’s where I came into a job I love! With over five years of professional grooming experience, I’ve had the privilege of building a career rooted in my passion for animals and my commitment to their care and well-being. Throughout the years, I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, gaining a deep appreciation for the unique personalities and individual needs that make each one special.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my career has been developing lasting relationships with both pets and their families. I take pride in earning their trust, providing thoughtful guidance, and sharing my knowledge to help owners feel confident in caring for their beloved companions.
My approach to grooming goes beyond appearance, emphasizing patience, compassion, attention to detail, and each pet’s comfort. I believe every dog deserves an experience tailored to their individual needs, where their well-being is always a priority.
Above all, I find great fulfillment in knowing that my work contributes to a pet’s overall happiness and quality of life, helping them look, feel, and smell their very best.

Matted or Packed Undercoats
ALL HEAVILY MATTED PETS WILL BE SHAVED
De-matting can be done on a case by case basis at the groomers discretion.

We reserve the right to alter or cease your pets groom if our trained professional staff deem it necessary to maintain your pets safety. Removing a matted/packed coat may cause nicks, cuts, abrasions and/or reveal skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. It can also trap moisture and urine near the pet’s skin, allowing mold, fungus, or bacteria to grow. After-effects of mat removal can include itchiness, redness, ear hematomas, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions, or failure of hair to regrow. In some cases, pets may also exhibit brief behavioral changes.
Senior Pets & Puppies
SENIOR PETS: We reserve the right to alter your pet’s groom if our trained grooming professional staff deem it necessary to maintain your pet’s safety. Complex hand scissors and patterned cuts may be declined.
PUPPIES: We recommend beginning the grooming process after your puppy’s first round of vaccines has been administered. Your pet needs to become familiar and comfortable with grooming. Your puppy’s first few grooming appointments may include ONLY the basic services to get used to the process unless otherwise deemed by our trained grooming professional that upgraded/full grooming services can be provided! We have the right to turn any pet away should we see that he/she might not be up for the grooming regimen!
Maintenance
We recommend a grooming schedule/routine every 4-8 weeks for best results.
