Dual Personal Property Liability Waiver

Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital and Resort recommends that you do not send toys, bedding, collars, leashes, etc. while your pet is boarding with us. If you choose to send items with your pet, the owner agrees that Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital shall not be responsible or liable for any lost or damaged personal property belonging either to the Owner or the Owner’s pet.
