Are you ready to schedule your pet’s next appointment or lodging with the veterinary team here at Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital? For your convenience, we allow our clients to request appointments via our online request system.
Be sure to include your up-to-date contact information, as your reservation is not official until we have called you to confirm. You will hear from us within two business days. Please also make reservation requests in advance of your pet’s intended visit, and be sure to book well in advance for holidays, weekends, and summer months as these are our busiest times.
We accept most major forms of payment including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cash, check and Care Credit. We do not accept payment plans.

For your convenience, we provide online forms that can be completed in advance of your visit to Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital. New clients have a two page form to complete, and we have forms available to complete ahead of certain pet procedures.
