Our Resort Reception Desk is open to assist you Monday through Friday 7am - 8pm Saturdays from 7am - 4pm Sundays from 7am - 12noon
Please note Check Out Time is 10 am, if you do not want to be charged for the last day of your pet's stay.

Canine Distemper/ Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella
We also require a negative fecal examination within the past 12 months for all of our canine guests.

If your pet is not current on vaccines please note that a complete physical examination by one of our veterinarians will be required prior to check in at the Resort. Physical examinations are only available by appointment during regular Hospital hours or during our Saturday walk in clinic hours. Please call 301-776-7744 to schedule an appointment prior to Lodging.
Because we want to discuss and document all of your pet's needs, please allow at least 15 (fifteen) minutes for the check-in process. During peak seasons the 'check in' may be longer due to high volume.
Any medications must be presented to the Resort Desk in the original pharmacy bottle or package bearing the name of the medication, strength, dosage and veterinarian information. Medications cannot be accepted in pill sorters or baggies. Please do not bring medications in pill sorting and dispensing boxes or zip lock bags. Please bring enough medication for your pet's entire stay or we will refill the prescription and add the cost to your lodging invoice.
We will be more than happy to accommodate your pet's special dietary needs. Please bring special diets with you when you come to check in. We are equipped to refrigerate or microwave meals as needed.
We supply your pet with fresh bedding daily. Upon request we will supply toys or you may choose to bring personal items. Please label all personal items with a 'washable' label. We discourage bringing personal items only because we cannot guarantee they will not be damaged or misplaced.
