Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital welcomes:
Dr. Shalini Emmanuel, received her Veterinary degree in 1995 from the University of Edinburgh. She received her Masters degree from the University of Bristol in 2001. She has been
employed by practices in England as well as the United States. Before relocating to the area with her husband, Dr. Emmanuel had been at a large practice in Illinois.
Dr. Christy Shoup, received her Veterinary Degree in 2001 from Cornell University. She has practiced at South Paws; a large referral practice in Northern Virginia, and has been working at the Emergency Hospital in Ellicott City for the past year. Dr. Shoup has a special interest in reptiles and will be accepting appointments for them. Please call to begin booking appointments now
Rocky Gorge feels very lucky to have both of these Doctors on staff, as they will bring their diverse experience to our hospital. With the addition of two new Veterinarians, we will begin to grow in the direction we need to for the future.
